ABOUT HATCH
My job is to figure out what to build. I start from a simple question: what's making someone's day harder, and what would make it better? From there, I grow ideas into something worth building.
If it's not interesting, we don't make it. If it doesn't land, we don't ship it. To me, planning is about keeping an idea alive long enough to find out if it's real.

If it's not interesting, we don't make it.
If it doesn't land, we don't ship it.
Planning isn't about consuming ideas — it's about growing them. Starting from what users actually struggle with, working with the team, and shaping something real, step by step.
